Joaquin Ramirez, Coach – Born in Jalisco Mexico, Joaquin Ramirez grew up in a country that has a passion for        the sport of soccer.

At age fifteen, a professional team from Mexico, Club Deportivo Guzmanense,  recruited Joaquin. As the team’s playmaker, he facilitated several championships for  his club. Technical director, Cuauhtemoc Baltazar , who now heads Club Atlas in  Mexican 1st. division, took Joaquin under his wing to mentor him and train him for  professional competitive soccer. After playing a few years in Mexican professional  teams such as, Colima & Apasingan, Joaquin was offered an opportunity to work in  the United States.

As a coach, In 1995 Joaquin took a U23 team from The Orange League (California) to  win several championships, including a tournament south of the border, which was  held by the 2nd.division clubs.  To add to his coaching experiences, he has been the  head trainer at Lakewood Soccer Club and head coach at Paramount High School.  Jaoquin is a certified coach with Cal South. He continues his training programs for  many youth players in the Los Angeles are.
