Jose Luis Palomares, Sr.has been our Technical Director since the founding of Pacific CoastSoccer Club, but his roots in Westside Los Angeles soccer go backto the early 1980’s and to the formation of Real Madrid and SantaMonica United soccer clubs. Head coach of the Boys Varsity team atCrossroads School for Arts & Sciences (Santa Monica), Jose Luishas also been Goalkeeper Coach at Loyola-Marymount University andan Olympic Development Program scout. Among Jose Luis’ players havebeen Jose Trinidad Gomez (USA Under 17 resident in Bradenton and matriculatingat UCLA Class of 2007), Emmanuel Briceno (matriculating at Brown UniversityClass of 2007) and his own son Raul Palomares (USA Under 20 and currentlyplaying professionally in Bosnia-Herzegovina).
